I will do my best to take care of the toys/equipment borrowed and will return them on the due date. I have read and agree to follow the toy/equipment library policies of The EarlyON centre. I understand it is up to the parent/caregiver to choose toys/equipment that is age appropriate and to supervise their use. I understand that The EarlyON Centre of SD&G toy/equipment library, its staff, the board, and/or volunteers are not liable in the event of injury, loss or death sustained from the toys/equipment borrowed from our library.
